We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, contact us at email@badgemods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at email@badgemods.com and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed or show signs of use cannot be returned.
